LPLC is holding its annual Risk Management Intensive on 3 days this year, Thursday 31 July, Tuesday 12 and 19 August at the RACV Club, 501 Bourke Street, Melbourne. The speakers and topics covered will be the same on each day.
A range of topics will be explored including: a panel discussion focussing on early detection and treatment of important risks facing practitioners; how to deal with difficult clients; the latest conveyancing risk hotspots; owners corporations certificates issues; superannation traps for wills and estates practitioners; and the pressures and conflicts in small business transactions. There will be plenty of 'war stories' told and risk management insights to be gained.
All day ($176) and half day ($88) passes are available and the full program is worth 6 CPD points, covering all four compulsory areas.
Please note: 31 July and 12 August seminars are booked out.
